About Brenda Chabot

Brenda has her roots in the airline industry having worked as a Flight Attendant and Inflight Manager for Wardair Canada.  She began teaching Inflight Training with Wardair and continued her career as Manager of Training and Recruiting for Odyssey International Airlines.  She also taught Inflight Training at Seneca College, full time studies program. She continued course development and training for Lockheed Air Terminal of Canada at Toronto's Lester B. Pearson International Airport.

Brenda credits Wardair Canada, which was a small international carrier with a big reputation for excellent service, as to her full realization of the impact that etiquette, manners, grooming and deportment have on customer retention. She considers this as a lifetime gift and has gone on to share this gift by helping others reach success through personal growth in etiquette and manners for today's world.

Brenda's teaching style is kind, comfortable and respectful to the teens and adults she trains.  With her simple and direct style, she finds her students relax, enjoy and learn.  B.E.
